Step 1: Deep Breathing and Relaxation
Begin by lying down or sitting in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, focusing on the sensations of your breath as it fills your lungs and leaves your body. You may also try gently engaging your pelvic floor muscles or utilizing energy locks to help direct the energy flow. By consciously channeling your sexual energy, you can distribute the intense sensations of arousal and create the potential for non-ejaculatory, full-body orgasms.

After completing the guided exercises, allow yourself a few moments to reflect on your experience.
