Hi there!
Alex here. I'm glad you chose to experience this free guided breathwork session. Although it's free, I didn't want to compromise on quality. I wanted to put a good amount of time and energy into making something high-quality for you and creating a great experience. I love breathwork and visualization. And I love making music. I've been trying to find ways to incorporate all of these interests into one, and this is certainly it! I had a lot of fun making the music for this breathwork session, and it gave me another excuse to bust out the synthesizer and my Irish whistle! I hope you have as much fun using it as I did making it. Peace and blessings,- Alex
