Welcome to "The DMT Dreamscape Voyage," a journey of transformative breathwork. We'll embark on three distinctive rounds of breathing, each culminating in a moment of breath retention. The duration of each phase will be intuitively guided by the rhythm of the music and the flow of the session.
This immersive session is designed to guide you toward deeper Self-exploration. It aims to unlock greater insights and intuitions, help you release old emotions, and create new clarity about your dreams and visions.
Breathwork uniquely combines conscious connected breathing with extended breath holds, allowing us to step beyond our thinking minds and embrace whatever arises. In today's session, we'll start each breathing round slowly and then gradually increase the pace, all synchronized with the rhythmic music, to help you fully immerse in the experience.
I recommend lying down for this practice, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. This position helps in relaxing your body and facilitates deeper, more meaningful breaths. While I will be sitting upright for the video, I encourage you to find the position that feels right for you. If you're aiming for a deeper experience, lying down is advisable.
Before we begin, take a moment to enter a calm, meditative state, set your intention, and ensure you're comfortable. Regular practice of this breathwork can yield significant benefits, including an enhanced immune system, reduced stress and inflammation, improved focus and energy, and much more.
My voice, alongside the rhythmic music, is intended to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, alertness, clarity, and bliss. For the full experience, I recommend using headphones in a quiet, comfortable setting.
Let's begin our journey.

Avoid performing these breathing exercises in situations where loss of consciousness could lead to injury, such as before or while diving, driving, swimming, or in the bath. These techniques may induce sensations like tingling, ringing in the ears, or dizziness. These are normal responses; however, if you experience fainting, it indicates that you have pushed too far and should approach the practice more gently in the future.
