This resource is designed so that you can consume it in the way that suits you best: You can watch the videos, listen only to the audio, or you can read the accompanying text below.
Many people find listening with their eyes closed enables them to go deeper into their experience.
Please remember: Whilst the tools and techniques provided here are free, they are still very powerful.

First, Let’s Acknowledge The Challenges
For many people, the experience of anxiety can feel profoundly challenging.
Trust me, I know. I have personally experienced the worst of all the different forms of it.
So, you're not alone with this.
The first things to know are:
- Anxiety can, and always will eventually, end.
- It’s completely possible for you to release and heal your anxiety.
Anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming in the moment.
But the real You is infinitely greater than even the most intense anxious thoughts and feelings. And here you can discover that.
Why I Made This
Why did I, Alex, make this? I have personally experienced what to me felt like some of the worst fear and anxiety one can experience. From long periods of general background anxiety, high anxiety for weeks on end, and full on panic attacks lasting an hour or two.
So, I know what anxiety feels like. Am I a perfect person who never feels anymore? No.
But I can tell you with certainty, because I’ve personally experienced it, and I’ve assisted many clients with it now: It is possible for many years, even a lifetimes worth of anxiety to be released from the body and mind. And for you to experience freedom from anxiety controlling you or your life.
And when fear is released from the body and mind, everything in the external world starts to shift in a very positive way.

Anxiety Essentials is about rediscovering your True Self, which is your True Power and Freedom.
This platform is designed to help you approach anxiety in a new and simple way, that helps you experience life without the constraints of anxiety.
